| Diabetes is really a very serious disease. As a matter of fact it is very difficult to treat. I feel pity to those who suffer from diabetes because they can even lose a part of their body due to untreated disease. I believe the program established for diabetic patients in Belize can help minimize the case. I appreciate the good heart of those medical experts who take part in the program. |
| We surely have to treat diabetes with extra caution. For acquiring such kind of disease would only mean that you are prone to so much complications. And these acts really are great for those who are suffering from the disease. And those who did participate in the program, job well done. Hope that much more medical practitioners will support such act of kindness towards those who are in great need of medical help. |
| I am so very surprised to see that Belize has such a widespread problem with diabetes as I was under the impression that diabetes was a disease mostly confined to Western culture, as diabetes is usually a result of a certain type of diet and lifestyle which is not healthy, but I suppose that Belize does also fall under these diet and lifestyle definitions which lead to diabetes. |
