Would like several things:
Would like to visit a community of
American retirees that have golf and tennis available at reasonable prices. For example, $50.00 per round of golf would be too much as I play 3-4 x/wk.
Secondly, would like to inquire about rental units in that community.
Third would be the prices of small condos in the community.
My plan is to keep my condo in Milwaukee, Wi and my condo in Sun City Center, Florida. So, a reasonable place is a must.

A "retirement" community is a pretty boring concept. To live in Costa Rica you should first decide if you want: 1) Beach, 2) Rural, 3) Mountain, or 4) City life.
From there you can start looking.
