I think you need to give us more than the price to interest people in 300, 000 (I assume you are referring to US dollars) priced condos.

Location and why they are worth that. I think you'd be better off taking the 40 acres for $79, 000 and using the extra $221, 000 to build a grand house there.

I hope you already know that some organisations do pay for volunteering. I presume they normally use that term to limit the number of people or know the true ones having a heart to help others. Depending on whatever you want to volunteer in, visit the Non-Governmental Organizations in whatever place you might be in.

Alternatively, check online because most organizations normally update them frequently

Hank, a forum handling jobs in Belize will do you good. Real estate agents might very well not be anywhere near this forum but how about asking around for the reliable ones? Also, perhaps you need not worry so much about the real estate in Philipines. How about you travel there first and familiarize yourself with the industry?
