For Sale - Beautiful Seafront Lot:

Sittee Point Subdivision, Phase 2, Lot 14, about 1/4 mile south of Hamanasi Dive Resort and Jaguar Reef Lodge.

This is a seafront lot that is apparox. 50'w x 150'd and according to my neighbors who live there, the only seafront lot for sale at the moment in sittee point.

This lot had been cleared and filled about 10 years ago but is currently overgrown again with tall bushes (my bad, for lack of maintenance). The Mangroves along the seafront were never removed, and still help to prevent erosion.

I recently sold the adjacent lot(13), and according to local real estate agents and neighbors, the land value is determined to be to be approx. US $120K.

I am in a hurry to sell the property, and will consider all reasonable offers. Buyer will be responsible to post $10K non refundable earnest funds to be held in escrow by buyers attorney, and will be responsible for all costs associated with title/deed transfer.

What is the living like here, is it good and also what are some jobs that are in high demand, and is the cost of living compared to the pay here pretty good, or is the economy suffering here as well?

How on earth are we supposed to see you previous post? Then again how do we go by what your neighbours claim to be the situation on the grouND?

The fact that you are busy planning to sell the property really fast could raise eyebrows? It seems, without any doubt, that this is a sight to marvel at. Any pictures, maps e.t.c will prove invaluable to intereted buyers.

Hi there. I am interested on buying a sea front property in Belize. i need to have some good documents and some photos for me to show to my wife. I need the house to have at least two bedrooms and three for the maximum. I do not know the pricing in this place but i am willing to accept prize suggestions.

You certainly would need lots of cash to be able to buy that kind of property. Anyway, you just have to be very careful on what property you are to buy. But all in all I have to say that Belize is one of the most fantastic place that you can consider on moving and have a home. Good luck on your search guys, thanks a lot and have a nice day.

Hi there guys, I am very much interested in owning my own little place in Settee point. I have heard lots of good stuffs about this place and so when I retire I want to see my self enjoying life in this part of the globe.
