Is there any pictures I can see of this land, and how much are you asking for this land, and if needed do you have the deed for the property that if I wanted to see I could?
Comment #14 Alan McCullough (208.11.145.242) -
I am looking for river front property (about 20 + acres) within a 10 minute boat ride from the caribean for around $40, 000 USD with owner financing is there any out there ?
Still the same mistake a seller loooking for prospective buyers is making; provide some pictures for heaven's sake! What happens before a piece of land is bought/sold is that a joint survey is done to establish the exact size before the ownership is transferred. With many dubious dealers and brokers around, what initially may look like a sweet deal might turn out to be a sour one. Watch your step if you intend to purchase land!
HI there Alan McCullough, can yo please provide here some good photos showing your property for sale. That would be nice if you do post it here quickly, for some interested buyers could also demand of seeing them. And to post number twelve, if you had lost lots of money then where will you get the money to finance a land in Ukraine? Best of luck to your search anyway
Comment #17 Eve (63.176.159.106) -
I definitely am not going to be investing in any piece of land that I cannot see the pictures of. It has to be from a great and reliable source that the land is absolutely worth the hassle.
Comment #18 Eve (63.176.159.18) - 12/02/09 23:51
By the way, I am not the same guy from the beginning of this post. I have no idea who that Eve Files person is. Like the name though buddy.
Comment #19 Chiz (63.176.159.62) - 12/06/09 23:15
I know that you are not the same with the original poster. I just want to tell you that before you put in name in forum like this, try to observe if some one else is using the said name to prevent mistakenly interchange your identities. Well, i think that Belize is one of the country with the best real estate condition in the market. Guess I have to research more.
Comment #20 Eve (63.176.159.28) - 12/14/09 13:36
I do not know about it being the best real estate condition, in all of the Latin America, much less for all of the world, but Belize truly is a lovely place. nothing can change that, quite simply.
Comment #21 Gordon (63.176.159.245) - 12/26/09 20:21
I have to agree on that, knowing that Belize is a very lovely place, no wonder why people flock there.
Comment #22 brent (63.176.159.98) - 12/28/09 12:43
Do we really think that it would make sense to flock to Belize? Why not flock to a place where there is a huge job market, as well as a reasonable cost of living?
Comment #23 Grant (63.176.159.204) - 01/16/10 21:35
So you mean to say it is not good to flock in Belize? Why brent? I think personally that people should know what they want and why. For me, I owuld like to live in a place where I can live peacefully and be able to live close to nature. I find Belize to be very appropriate. I know that finding a job in this country is not that good but its natural beauty makes lots of people get really attracted to it.
Comment #24 Hazel (63.176.159.243) - 02/10/10 22:07
Hmmm.. you are right there brent, but I have been in such place and I must say that it is not the place where people would think of retiring. All of the hassle of the city life makes people grow older than usual, some even looks like they are aging thirty when the truth is that they are only 28. I want to be living in a place where all of this hassle are out of my sight. • Page 1 (Original Post) • Page 2 (Newest Replies) •
