Are there a lot of good jobs in Belize. The U.S. job force has been real weak lately is it any better in Belize?

How is the economy here, and what is the ratio to cost of living to jobs, and oppurtunities?
Not too sure if this will help with the economy questions, but here is the wikipedia page for Belize's economy.

I am noticing a lot of interest in Belize. It has a very good reputation as a tourist and possibly retirement venue. I understand that it has many advantages. It is, or was, British territory (member of the Commonwealth) and the British legal tradition, as opposed to the Spanish, is more liberal and open. the American legal system is derived from the British, for example. I am planning a trip to Belize myself.

I observed lots of people are getting more and more interested in moving in Belize. Well i would not be surprised, i heard from a friend of a friend of mine that Belize is a wow. They got there for a convention, and they happen to tour around and they are really satisfied with the scene and everything. you should see their photos, they are enjoying and savoring everything. How i wish i could also go and visit that place.

Well that was nice and lucky for them having a convention in Belize. There are lots of expats in that country and i bet they enjoy the wonderful country they are right now. I think i have to suggest that you search for the net for some information regarding your queries on how to be a Belize citizen. or better yet why not just consider a travel there then decide if you are to stay or not.
