Will be moving permanently to the Cayo District...near San Ignacio. My friend, colleague, and seven-year resident expat and I will be writing a book for the Belize Zoo and forming an adventure travel partnership working on contract with Environmental Adventure Company, A successful Montana adventure travel firm that currently has no Belize itineraries.
My wife and I are looking for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home on at least 20 acres, with utilities (including dsl), and river frontage.

George, I think it will be fair to get someone familiar with the place. I am just wondering, and I hope I am not alone in this; where on earth is Belize? An internet search may also be of help to you. I suppose you have never been to that place. A little familiarization will do you good
