Pregnant Workers

I heard that one of the restrictions that US corporations get to avoid are those surrounding pregnant workers. Apparently they can require as many hours form pregnant women as they want, and there is little a worker can do if she is fired due to her pregnancy.
I hope this is an ugly rumor, but what rights DO pregnant workers have in Mexico?
