You need a house to rent in the Kings area I have a few rental properties for rent but I would need to aquire more information , such as do you want ocean view , and how many people will be living in the house , and You would also have to pay a depoist if you are serious about renting the house , if you do email me back I can send you some pictures of the house that are available and what price are you looking to spend a month, Thank you and the best of luck!

If you are looking for some nice and neat apartment or hotel to stay and is considering the location to be near travel destinations, then go to Corozal district and you will have plenty of options.

My boyfriend and I are planning to move to Belize, the city is yet to be decided based on where he gets a flying job. He's a pilot and has applied at several companies, but we are planning to move down in November 08.

We are looking for something fairly simple, close if not ocean front, nothing fancy but something clean. We want to live away from tourist areas and will be bringing a small dog with us, which is trained.

I am curious as to what we are looking at for rental costs and what the availability is for rental homes.

Any advice or samples would be much appreciated.

People, I think it is important to list the preferences of the house(s) you plan to have. That is pretty what Tom is highlighting. I am not sure there is a way to get back to him though he has not given his email.

I would use a word of mouth because rental services are normally known to the people living near a particular area. Listings can also be found online.

I Own and live at the Seaside Guesthouse in Belize city. It is in a very safe area right on the water with the upstairs veranda overlooking the sea. You can check out the web site. The house has 10 rooms and most have been empty lately due to very slow tourism. I would be interest in talking with anyone interested in short or long term guests for the right people. It is not your normal kind of rental but if you get along having interesting people from all over the world passing through for a night or to we should talk There are a # of options for room rentals. I dont have a hard line set price for the different room possibilities yet, we will negotiate later, but it will be a fare and reasonable rate for us both.You help me I help you(hand wash hand).
