If you have over 30 years experience, why not open up your own company? You should have no trouble finding people to work under you that you can train. Try looking into buiness loans.

Nicole, thirty years experience in commercial construction should have made you a mogul by now. By now, I expect you have gathered enough expertise to either start your own consultancy firm, or start a training school. Plus you do not expect employers to email you asking for your credentials no matter how experienced you claim to be; all they need is a quick look at your profile. Any photos of construction projects you have overseen?

Perhaps what Nicole is looking is kind of a freelance job to keep busy on the sidelines or a consultancy of some sort.

That is not for us to judge. You have thirty years in terms of experience(or so you claim). You can be an asset to your own organization if you thought of starting one.

Have you tried any of the online searches? If you are credible enough, a word of mouth is all you need
